Construction of buildings according to the ``turnkey`` system
Construction according to the “turnkey” system means that our company performs all the construction work of your building and, after the technical acceptance, hands over the building that is completely finished and ready for use.
By performing works in this way, BS-Bau Engineering GmbH guarantees the quality of all works and the mutual compatibility of all positions and materials. All works are performed exactly according to project documentation and contractual items. Our policy is to provide proposals and alternatives for consideration, in places where, in our experience, better solutions and savings are possible.
Most of the work is done with our employees and our equipment, which ensures the highest level of quality and the lowest prices. At BS-Bau Engineering GmbH, we also work with competent subcontractors with whom we have ongoing cooperation, which ensures competitive construction prices for the client.
The price of the works can be agreed in two ways, according to unit prices and fixed price.
The offer according to unit prices means that the offer is given on the basis of preliminary measurements from the project, and that during construction, the executed quantity of all contracted and additional works is controlled and calculated.
If the project documentation is sufficiently elaborated and there will be no changes during construction, we can make an offer with a fixed and unchanging price for the construction of the complete building. With a contract with a fixed price, the client does not have to worry about possible subsequent works and can close the financial structure without fear of additional costs.
