When it comes to residential construction, we can currently offer you low-energy and standard prefabricated houses and buildings as well as other prefabricated buildings of all purposes with energy efficiency class: KfW 40 & KfW 55 & KfW70.

Prefab low-energy houses, buildings and other facilities are significantly cheaper than standard masonry construction. The fact that they are produced in the factory and then transported and assembled reduces the costs of the construction itself, increases the efficiency and safety of the workers and drastically reduces the time of the construction process.

Prefab low-energy houses are built from prefabricated panels, the basic structure of which is wood, but they can also be made of other materials, brick and concrete. In addition to the wooden construction, the materials used in production are: insulating materials (mineral wool, Styrofoam, Styrodur), panel materials (OSB, QSB, fermacell, plasterboard), fasteners, etc.

It is important to point out that our facilities are carefully designed and made for absolute comfort, while at the same time guaranteeing minimal energy consumption for heating, lighting, etc.

We can guarantee minimal energy consumption thanks to our special construction system, which is based on a high level of thermal insulation, a vapor-tight envelope, a controlled ventilation system and maximizing the use of heat gains from solar radiation through optimal design.

When it comes to architecture, our prefabricated low-energy houses can be adapted to any geometry and design. In combination with underground garages, it is possible to design them up to the ground floor + 4 floors.

Buying a prefabricated house has many advantages compared to classic construction: Construction is 3 to 4 times faster than the traditional way, and the return on investment and capital is faster and earlier. The quality is superior, as is the quality control that takes place in the production facilities.

Another important advantage of this type of construction is increased environmental awareness. Efficient factory production produces less waste in production, and cleaner installation does less harm to the natural environment.

Since the installations are partly installed in production, this results in a reduced need for professional labor, which ultimately significantly reduces construction costs.
